I’ve been working with Silverstars Care for around a year and a half as a domiciliary care worker, and I really enjoy what I do. The most rewarding part for me is supporting people in critical situations, where I can step in and make a real difference. Outside of work, I have a passion for football and used to play for a club back in Sri Lanka, and I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places. Also, I must say that not only are the staff friendly and cheerful, but they have shown great professionalism and have given me good advice about the care needs of a person with Alzheimer's.
All staff arrive on time, as per the comprehensive rota that the office sends out to me - which again is a real help for me to know when staff are arriving.
Overall, I am so pleased to have Silverstars helping my wife and I through this journey - I would highly recommend them.

Very predictable and reliable. They have gone out of their way to increase calling frequency from 2x to 3x a day.
A good history and record of each visit is made and on the infrequent times I have called I have always had the feeling that they were fully on top of events on the day with my mother.
